  1. Thanks so much for creating this reference. This is the first time I've seen a correctly done example. Everyone else seems to continue to be focused on mistakenly throwing weight around instead of the muscle contractions.

    1. I don't know if your comment is an example of sarcasm or not since in all my other videos about Sandow's system of training with light dumbbells commentators say I do it all wrong and don't concentrate on muscles contractment but just throw the weight around :D And in this video I did it the same way as with the Sandow's system. Then again how can one see under my skin if I am contracting them properly or not? I know that I do.
